This signing was held during the Global Supply Chain Summit taking place today at the Palais des congr\u00e8s de Montr\u00e9al.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis agreement aims to facilitate and promote the emergence of artificial intelligence projects in aerospace in order to support SMEs in transitioning to Industry 4.0,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0says Suzanne Beno\u00eet, President of A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al.\u00a0<em>\u201cMany companies in the sector are already working to integrate advanced technologies into their activities to accelerate their growth and maintain their competitiveness.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis partnership strengthens the Qu\u00e9bec aerospace industry\u2019s position in the world by laying the foundation for the development of innovative collaborative projects in the field,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0says Gilles Savard, General Director of IVADO.\u00a0<em>\u201cWe are delighted to have A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al join our data science ecosystem to meet the digital challenges in aerospace.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Over the next two years, A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al and IVADO intend to collaborate on the establishment of an Aerospace AI working committee and organize events to promote the exchange of best practices, as well as highlight the many innovations and opportunities offered by AI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Created in 2006, A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al is a strategic think tank that groups all major decision makers in Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s aerospace sector, including companies, educational and research institutions, as well as associations and unions.<\/p>\n<p>The activities of A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al are made possible thanks to the participation of the governments of Qu\u00e9bec and Canada, the Montr\u00e9al Metropolitan Community, as well as\u00a0 company members of the cluster.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>About IVADO<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Institute for data valorization (IVADO) is a joint initiative of HEC Montr\u00e9al, Polytechnique Montr\u00e9al and Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al that brings together nearly 100\u00a0industrial, academic and government partners.
