For the first event of 2018, LES Montreal invites you to join the discussion stimulated by a panel of experts on intellectual property issues raised by the deployment of emerging technologies: IoT, VR, Blockchain, AI.

Among other things, the discussion will be about the disruption of traditional concepts of inventiveness, originality, creation and ownership of rights. Also discussed is the impact of integrating IP elements into a virtual world, particularly with respect to trademarks. The discussion will also focus on the potential applications of blockchain in the field of IP.
