Yoshua Bengio invited to the Bilderberg meeting!

The researcher from MILA and IVADO member Yoshua Bengio received an invitation to attend the conference of the Bilderberg Group. This meeting is annually held and allows great personalities from business, politics and research to discuss international issues.

Four Canadians as guests: astronaut Chris Hadfield, Finance Minister Bill Morneau, President of Indigo bookstores Heather Reisman and Professor Yoshua Bengio, from the University of Montreal.

From artificial intelligence point of view, they mainly discussed about labor market impacts, according to the deep learning specialist.
